Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. e-mail).

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding the delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

3. Return of Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne by you, unless the goods delivered are defective or incorrect.

4. Exclusions of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised

• Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery

• Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature
